Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment and machinery with utmost precision and care Execute meticulous cleaning, pressing, and finishing processes for a diverse range of garments and fabrics Demonstrate expertise in identifying and treating various stain types, employing appropriate and effective cleaning methodologies Ensure the highest standard of care and handling for clients' personal belongings Implement rigorous inventory management practices for cleaning supplies and materials Maintain an impeccably clean and organized work environment at all times Strictly adhere to all safety and health regulations without exception Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with promptness and professionalism Facilitate seamless interdepartmental coordination to guarantee timely delivery of cleaned items Maintain precise and comprehensive records of cleaning orders and client transactions

Qualifications

3 years of experience in dry cleaning or laundry services; experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred Proficiency in dry cleaning techniques and equipment In-depth knowledge of fabric care and stain removal methods Strong attention to detail and quality control Excellent time management and organizational skills Outstanding customer service skills Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
