Role: Driver Supervisor

We are hiring a

Driver Supervisor

to oversee delivery operations in the UAE. This role is responsible for managing drivers, optimizing routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and maintaining service quality across all delivery operations.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily delivery schedules across the UAE Optimize routes and driver allocations to ensure on-time deliveries Supervise dispatch to ensure boxes are packed, labeled, and loaded correctly
Driver Management & Training:

Train and guide drivers on professional conduct, route discipline, and customer service Monitor driver performance, grooming, attendance, and compliance with company standards Ensure adherence to delivery policies and hygiene protocols
Vehicle Oversight & Fuel Tracking:

Manage company and rented vehicles, ensuring timely servicing and upkeep Monitor and record fuel usage, ensuring efficiency and cost control Ensure all vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, logs) is up to date
System & SLA Monitoring:

Use backend systems to track delivery performance and SLA compliance Generate reports on delivery accuracy, timing, and route adherence Identify issues and implement corrective actions to improve performance
Coordination & Reporting:

Liaise with rental companies to ensure reliable service and timely vehicle replacements Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and production teams for smooth delivery flow Report regularly to management on driver performance, delivery KPIs, and vehicle status

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in logistics, delivery, or transport supervision (preferably food or FMCG) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of UAE roads and delivery regulations Familiarity with GPS systems, backend order management, and SLA monitoring Computer literacy (MS Excel, backend tools, GPS dashboards) Strong communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage Valid UAE driving license preferred
