Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers.
Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers as needed.
Monitor attendance, performance, and route efficiency.
Handle driver-related issues and provide solutions promptly.
Coordinate with management to ensure service quality and timely deliveries.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on driver performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Driver Supervisor or similar role (preferably in a delivery or logistics company).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle field operations and problem-solving under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with tracking/reporting tools.
