We are seeking a reliable and responsible

Driver cum Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and ensure timely transportation of staff, materials, and equipment to various sites. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and previous experience in facilities or cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive cleaning staff and equipment to and from assigned work sites. Supervise cleaning teams on-site, ensuring tasks are completed to quality and safety standards. Maintain daily attendance records and work logs. Coordinate with the operations manager for scheduling and site requirements. Perform routine checks and maintenance of company vehicles. Report any issues related to cleaning operations or staff performance. Ensure all equipment and materials are used and stored safely and properly. Provide on-site training and guidance to new team members when required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid driving license (Light). Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a facilities or cleaning company. Previous supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Basic reporting and administrative skills.
