Draftsmen (Pressure vessels) -Ras Al Khaimah Information Technology

To draft mechanical equipment (Cryogenic Distillation Columns) for different technologies. The Draftsmen ensures that the technical inputs of Design Engg (DE) / lead Design Engg (LDE) requirements are met and enables timely completion of the drawings for Construction with
application of various internal and external standards.

Operative effectiveness:

Pressure Vessel Drafting and detailing for Columns.
- Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawing sketches of columns, General Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials, using AUTOCAD / Solid Works.
- Coordinate with DE/LDE with regard to all aspects of pressure vessel engineering during Project Phase. [Example : For vessel thickness, weld fillet sizes and suggest optimize plate quantity sizes for procurement].
- Preparing Detail Drawing of columns in coordination with the Manufacturing Team for the fabrication compliance, plus using standard KH Design rules, PID and Checklists.
- Define 2D drawings of Components, Assemblies and Interfaces consistent regarding drawing rules/layout.
- Perform and participate in a design review meeting with the DA to freeze design within project deadline.
- Preparing the cutting layout drawing(Roof, Cone development, Circle to Rectangle Connection, Etc).
- Responsible for the preparation of detailed drawing including ladders, platforms, pipe supports and pipe guides required on pressure vessels.
- Preparing Mechanical data sheets for columns.
\xe2\x88\x92 Participate and resolve troubleshoots from Internal workshop and external Sub-vendors fabrication with respect to drawings.
\xe2\x88\x92 Responsible for conducting preliminary and construction drawings review meetings with Production, Quality and Welding Departments.
\xe2\x88\x92 Responsible for project design documents uploading in ALAIR.
\xe2\x88\x92 Responsible for coordination of Vessel Control Drawings and updating the Control Vessel drawings to reflect changes made during the course of the project.
\xe2\x88\x92 Indicate Safe Distance for testing of Equipment in all pressure vessels drawing.
- Provision in drawings for the Safety H2 vent Valve for purging purposes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in executing quality design drawing to all types of pressure vessel types used in Company processing plants with minimal assistance up to updating, As built drawings.

Work Experience: 2-5 years
Education: Diploma in Mechanical draftsman / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or) preferably Mechanical
Engineering

Knowledge of Pressure vessels drafting.
? Be able to apply fast drafting standard design concepts.

Total in Gross Salary Aed.6000/- Per Month inclusive of all
