Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit out and renovation projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Check drawings, materials, and workmanship to ensure high-quality finishes.
Manage site workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity.
Verify materials delivered against approved specifications.
Ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain communication with clients/consultants for approvals and inspections.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years' experience
in
interior fit out / renovation projects
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
Familiar with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and site reporting tools.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
