About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/Draftswoman with proven experience in luxury hotel and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating precise, high-quality technical drawings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring exceptional designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and construction drawings for upscale hospitality and residential projects, including guest rooms, lobbies, F&B spaces, villas, and apartments.

Work closely with architects and designers to translate design concepts into accurate technical documentation.

Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, local building codes, and specific client requirements.

Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors to identify and resolve design discrepancies.

Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and feedback from the project team.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of drafting experience, specifically in hotel and high-end residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

Strong understanding of:

o Hospitality design standards (e.g., guest room layouts, back-of-house planning)

o Residential detailing, including finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate work under pressure.

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality technical drawings for similar project types.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and related drafting software
