Job Summary:

We are looking for a medium Level skill detail-oriented professional specializing in Crestron programming and lighting control commissioning (Philips Dynalite and Lutron) to work on luxury residential villa projects. This role involves full responsibility for the programming, configuration, testing of smart automation and lighting systems in high-end private residences

Responsibilities:

Crestron Programming - High End Villas

Develop, test, and deploy customized Crestron control solutions tailored for luxury villas. Program user interfaces (touch panels, keypads, mobile apps) with an intuitive and elegant design. Integrate and automate lighting, HVAC, shades, pool systems, fountains..etc. Conduct on-site testing, fine-tuning, and final commissioning Sounds Knowledge of Simple Window and Core 3UI . Basic Knowledge of S+ and C Sharp Sounds Knowledge and detail understanding of all protocols present in residential integration market , such as RS-485, RS-232, Lonworks TCP-IP ,UDP...etc.

Philips Dynalite & Lutron Lighting Control Commissioning

Program and commission Philips Dynalite lighting systems using Envision Project +System Builder Commission and fine-tune Lutron HomeWorks, QS, or Athena systems based on project scope. Work from lighting design drawings and control intent documentation to implement layered scenes, automation schedules, and mood presets. Perform detailed site commissioning, load testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification. Quality control installation - ELV as well as electrical connection.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in programming and commissioning for luxury residential automation systems UAE or International. Strong experience in Crestron (SIMPL, SIMPL+, VT-Pro-e), Dynalite (System Builder), and Lutron (HomeWorks + QS). Experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects, with an understanding of luxury client expectations. Professional certifications (Crestron Intermedium, Dynalite Certified, Lutron Certified) highly desirable. Fluent in English. UAE driving License.
