Primary Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Project Manager

to support the seamless execution of high-end residential fit-out projects, including villas and apartment interiors. The ideal candidate needs to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to final handover. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of site operations, quality assurance, and schedule adherence to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management:

Oversee all phases of project delivery, from pre-site mobilization to final handover and close-out.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Facilitate effective communication between design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.

Site Progress Monitoring:

Regularly monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications to ensure alignment with the construction schedule and milestones.

Documentation Management:

Prepare, update, and maintain key project documents including BOQs, construction timelines, daily site logs, quality checklists, and weekly progress reports.

Site Inspections:

Conduct routine site inspections to identify potential issues early and escalate them to the relevant departments for timely resolution.

Procurement & Material Tracking:

Assist in the material approval process, track procurement schedules, and ensure timely delivery to avoid workflow disruptions.

Meetings & Reporting:

Attend site coordination meetings, client progress reviews, and subcontractor briefings. Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).

Health & Safety Compliance:

Promote and enforce safety protocols and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Snagging & Handover:

Support snagging activities, verify rectifications, and assist with the preparation of handover packages and project close-out documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of fit-out materials, interior detailing, finishing standards, and basic MEP coordination. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in high-end interior finishing works. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in fast-paced project environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and reports. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong team coordination abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related construction discipline. 5 to 7 years of experience in project coordination or site management, with at least 3 years specifically in residential fit-out or interior construction. Hands-on experience with high-end residential fit-out projects, preferably involving villas or luxury apartments. Prior experience in design-build, turnkey, or fast-track interior projects is an advantage.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
