We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Project Manager - Site Operations to lead and oversee the execution of high-end residential construction and renovation projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all on-site activities from breaking ground to handover, with a strong focus on finishing quality, program control, and coordination across trades. You must possess in-depth construction knowledge, strong leadership skills, and fluency in AutoCAD to review and manage technical drawings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Site Management:Oversee the full lifecycle of new build and renovation projects on-site, from excavation and foundations to finishing and handover. Finishing Phase Leadership:Take ownership of the finishing phase of high-end residential builds, ensuring top-tier quality control and timely execution of all interior and exterior works. Project Scheduling & Coordination:Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and critical path alignment. Technical Drawing Review:Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings, architectural plans, and MEP layouts to ensure accurate execution and identify potential clashes or improvements. Quality Control & Site Inspections:Implement rigorous inspection routines, check compliance with specs, standards, and design intent across all phases of the build. Budget & Cost Control Support:Assist in cost tracking, monitor variations, and support the commercial team with on-site assessments and reporting. Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the key on-site contact for clients, consultants, architects, and designers; lead site meetings and provide consistent updates on progress and issues. Problem Solving & Risk Management:Identify site issues early and resolve them efficiently to avoid delays or compromises on quality.
Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience managing site operations for high-end residential construction and renovation projects. Proven track record delivering projects from foundation through to client handover. Strong command of AutoCAD; ability to read, interpret, and communicate from drawings clearly. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing details, and local building regulations.
Preferred Background:

Experience with bespoke, architect-designed homes or luxury interior refurbishments. Background in general contracting, site engineering, or construction management. Ability to manage multiple renovation or fit-out projects simultaneously.
