Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor with experience in waterproofing and insulation works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, assisting in project estimation, and coordinating with the site team to ensure accurate execution of waterproofing works.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans for waterproofing systems.

Review project IFC drawings, specifications, and details to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates for waterproofing works.

Assist the Project Manager in preparing material submittals and method statements.

Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification and progress tracking.

Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.

Support in preparing claims and variation reports related to waterproofing works.

Liaise with consultants and main contractors for drawing approvals and technical clarifications.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years UAE experience in drafting or quantity surveying, preferably in waterproofing or construction finishing works.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and site execution process.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Slary & Benefits:



Salary: AED 3,000 - 6000 (depending on experience)

Other benefits as per UAE labour law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
