Job Description

Project:

Industrial / Oil & Gas Painting Project

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Planning cum Quantity Surveyor

to join our team for an ongoing

Painting Project

in Qatar.

Requirements:



Must be

currently available in Qatar

with a

Transferable Visa / NOC

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Planning and Quantity Surveying

within

Painting / Coating / Construction / Oil & Gas projects

. Strong knowledge in

project planning, costing, and progress monitoring

. Proficient in

MS Excel, Word, and project management tools (Primavera / MS Project preferred)

. Ability to prepare

BOQ, material take-offs, cost estimation

, and

progress measurement reports

. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and update

project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports

. Monitor site progress and compare with baseline schedules. Prepare

quantities, estimates, and monthly cost reports

. Coordinate with site teams for measurement and billing. Support management in

cost control and project forecasting

.
