We are seeking a
Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor
with strong experience in
Aluminum and Glass works
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, material take-offs, and cost estimates for aluminum and glass projects such as doors, windows, curtain walls, and facades.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
shop drawings and fabrication details
for aluminum and glass works.
Review architectural and structural drawings to extract quantities and specifications.
Prepare
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for design updates and measurements.
Ensure all designs and quantities are in line with project standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in aluminum and glass works.
Proficient in
AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
.
Good understanding of materials, fabrication, and installation methods.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
