Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare accurate cost estimates for

fit-out

during tender and pre-contract stages. Conduct detailed

quantity take-offs

from architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings. Evaluate and compare

subcontractor and supplier quotations

; assist the procurement team in sourcing and negotiations. Prepare

BOQs, cost plans, tender documents

, and other necessary reports. Support the project team in

budgeting, cost control

, and

cash flow forecasting

. Monitor project progress and assist in

valuation of work done

, variations, and preparation of

final accounts

. Liaise closely with engineers, architects, site teams, and clients to ensure

accuracy in estimates and cost tracking

. Conduct

site visits

for measurement verification and progress assessments.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

. Relevant certifications in

Quantity Surveying

. Minimum

experience

in estimation and quantity surveying, specifically in

fit-out, joinery, and carpentry works

within the

interior design and MEP sectors

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

MS Excel

, and estimation software Excellent

analytical, negotiation

, and

cost management

skills. High attention to detail with the ability to

multi-task and work under pressure

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
