Job Summary
As a Documentation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and organization of all IIQAF documents. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to manage all documentation related to our certification programs, training materials, and other publications. You will be responsible for maintaining our document control system, ensuring version control and proper archiving of all documents. You will also work cross-functionally with various departments to identify and implement process improvements related to documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize all IIQAF documents, ensuring proper version control and archiving
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team to review and update all certification program materials and training materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to documentation
  • Develop and maintain a document control system to ensure efficiency and accuracy of document management
  • Support the Quality Assurance team in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Assist in the development of new documentation, including policies, procedures, and templates
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide training and support to other team members on document control processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is a plus
