Processes transmittal of information between the company, contractor and suppliers
Processes all project official documentation (includes engineering/ technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, legal, supplier/ vendor) generated by Company and Contractor to be stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Archive project records in accordance with Project Deliverables Retention Standard to avoid losing data
Organize and manage electronic files/ documents via SharePoint and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Support the Improvement and development of the Document Control procedures/ guidelines to avoid outdated data that is no longer accurate
Assist the procurement team to prepare submittals for both external and internal circulations
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s in any relevant degree.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience.
