Processes transmittal of information between Company, Contractor, and Suppliers.
Processes all Project official documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, legal, supplier/vendor) generated by Company and Contractor to be stored in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Generates and organizes transmittal letters for internal and external stakeholders for documentation.
Organize and manage electronic files/documents via SharePoint and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
Distribute, receive and control the project related documents.
Receive and distribute project related documents to relevant stakeholders within the organization or external consultants.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's in any relevant degree.
Minimum Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
