Job Description

The Document Controller cum Administrator is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and controlling all project and corporate documentation for real estate development and leasing activities. The role also provides administrative and coordination support to project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient document flow, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain an effective document control system for all project and corporate documents. Receive, register, classify, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, correspondence, and reports. Ensure proper document numbering, revision tracking, and approval workflows. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely submission and receipt of documents. Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Ensure documents comply with internal standards, contractual requirements, and statutory regulations. Track document status and generate document control registers and periodic reports. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of sensitive documents.
Administrative Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the development, leasing, and project management teams. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, circulate minutes, and follow up on action items. Manage correspondence, emails, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist in preparation of contracts, presentations, and reports. Maintain office records, trackers, and databases related to projects, , and operations. Support procurement and vendor coordination for office and project-related requirements.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in document control and administration, preferably in real estate development, construction, or property management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
