Receive, review, classify, and distribute all project documents according to company procedures.
Maintain document control systems, ensuring version control, tracking, and archiving.
Support project teams in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist in contractor and client communication, including submitting and tracking documents.
Handle administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements regarding documentation.
Maintain accurate records of project approvals, submittals, and correspondences.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely document processing.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Document Controller or Admin in oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of SharePoint or project control software is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in oil & gas or engineering projects.
Familiarity with project workflows, approvals, and technical documentation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
