The Document Controller will oversee landscaping project documentation, ensuring its accuracy, organization, and adherence to company standards, which is vital for maintaining document integrity and supporting team communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize, store, and maintain project documents, including contracts, proposals, and drawings. To prepare the Material Submittal, Method Statement & Operation & Maintenance Manuals for the Irrigation Soft Landscaping, Swimming Pool Implement and manage document control processes to ensure proper documentation practices. Enter and update project information into databases. Maintain an accurate log of all incoming and outgoing documents. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards. Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate document exchange and approvals. Serve as the point of contact for all documentation-related inquiries. Track document revisions and updates, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest versions. Manage the distribution of documents and maintain a clear record of changes.. Assist in the development of best practices for document management. Generate reports on document status, compliance, and other metrics as required by management. Monitor deadlines for document submissions and approvals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in document control or administrative roles, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
