. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing technical documents and project records efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control, and organize all project documents related to construction activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing, distribution, and tracking of documents such as drawings, RFI, submittals, and approvals.
Maintain document logs, registers, and filing systems (electronic and physical).
Ensure all documents comply with project standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to collect, review, and distribute documents.
Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are used on-site.
Prepare reports on document status and outstanding approvals.
Support the site team with administrative and document-related tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of
document control experience in the construction industry only
.
Strong knowledge of construction workflows and document types (drawings, method statements, inspection requests, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and document control systems such as Aconex, Procore, or similar.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
