We are looking for a Document Controller with 3-8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry to join our dynamic project team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-8 years of relevant experience in UAE construction projects
Excellent written communication and document handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office, document tracking tools, and email communication
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all project-related correspondence (emails, delay letters, extension letters, variation letters, MOMs, etc.)
Prepare and submit material/documents to consultants and clients, and follow up for approvals
Attend internal project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
Handle NOC applications, renewals, and maintain track records for all projects
Maintain and organize project documentation (both hard and soft copies)
Immediate joiners preferred
