We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Maintain document registers and filing systems.
Distribute drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
Ensure proper version control and document tracking.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare reports related to document status and submissions.
Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction.
Strong knowledge of document control systems and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume documentation accurately.
Experience with Aconex or similar systems is a plus.
