Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control, and archive all technical and administrative project documents.
Maintain document logs and ensure proper filing and version control.
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure timely document submissions.
Ensure compliance with company and project documentation procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
strictly in Roads & Infrastructure Construction projects.
Strong knowledge of document control systems (e.g., ACONEX, EDMS).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Note:
Applicants without Roads Construction experience will not be considered.
