with
2 years of experience
in a
Dubai-based construction company
. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and communication skills and be capable of handling all documentation processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all technical and project-related documents
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
Ensure proper filing and version control of all documents
Maintain confidentiality and compliance in document control procedures
Update logs and systems for easy document retrieval
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to projects
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years experience
as Document Controller in the
UAE Construction sector
Proficient in MS Office and document control software
Excellent
coordination and communication skills
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Good command of English (written and spoken)
