Document Controller

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have

3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry

and will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents to ensure efficient document control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control all project-related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and retrieval for both hard copy and electronic documents. Maintain accurate records of revisions and approvals. Distribute project documentation to relevant stakeholders as needed. Ensure document compliance with company and industry standards. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless document flow. Provide administrative support related to document control processes. Assist in audits and quality checks to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience

as a Document Controller in the

construction industry

. Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite. Knowledge of construction-related documentation and filing systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
