Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales volume objectives for a specific product portfolio while remaining within an agreed cost budget and respecting ethical guidelines defined by the company. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service. Inventory stock management. Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in people management and team leadership is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal savvy.
Strong focus on continuous learning.
