Job Description

We are looking for Sr Sales Executive at Vavci is responsible for providing expert advice on designer clothing, assisting the customer in choosing the right product, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store;
• Identify customer needs, provide expert advice on products to help take best purchase decision;
• Achieve individual sales targets and positively contribute to the store sales performance by actively recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities;
• Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures;
• Process sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds;

• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to senior team members if needed;
• Maintain clean and organized product display and overall store image;
• Participate in relevant training and comply with the company's operational standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of luxury Fashion retail experience in MEN BESPOKE FASHION. Women's wear knowledge is an advantage;
• Strong sales and customer service skills to ensure flawless customer experience - in person, over the phone, and through email;
• Excellent communication skills, hospitality, and empathy;
• Excellent English.
• Willingness to learn and strong time management;
• Confidence, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:

• Men's Tailoring and Bespoke Fashion: 2 years (Required)
