- must have experience running independent reputative restaurants in GCC
- will be responsible for 2 outlets.
- will be responsible for expanding the kitchen operations.
- will be responsible on centralising kitchen operations.
- key skills: inventory & stock handling, menu creation, people management,ordering & purchasing, kitchen management, SOP implementation, implementing company policy, staff hiring & training, menu engineering, strong computer skill ( MS office, inventory software, POS software ..etc) , strong reporting skills, strong communication skills.
