Dispatch Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise daily dispatch operations, including assigning drivers, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
Maintain and update dispatch records, delivery logs, and route schedules accurately.
Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to dispatch team members, including training new staff and evaluating performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
