Dispatch Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsiblities:
The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between production, marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to enable timely and accurate dispatch of materials. The role includes handling documentation, communication, space utilization, and compliance with dispatch procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination, preferred UAE experience.
Strong communication (English, Urdu/Hindi) and coordination skills across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or dispatch systems.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary of AED 2500 - 3000
Company Provided Shared accommodation, Transporation and Food
Visa cost, Self Medical and 1 air ticket in 2 years
Salary increments upon visa renewal
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
