Job ResponsibilitiesParticipation in the creation of the company's strategy and its implementation in the area of sheet metal production, consistent with the assumed business goals, within an international groupOperational management and ensuring the correct and effective ionization function of the sheet metal production departmentPreparation, scheduling, monitoring, and effective implementation of production plans of ordered sheetsInitiating, developing, and implementing new technologies aimed at improving the production process, ensuring its optimization and improvementCoordinating the cooperation of individual production sections, solving current problems in order to ensure smooth operations and high quality of manufactured products, in accordance with customer approvals and ordersManagement of employee resources, care for production safety and supervision over compliance with health and safety regulationsPreparing reports for the Management Board, including conducting a risk assessment in the field of its productionOngoing monitoring of the condition of machines and production equipment, inferring their modernization and improvements, in order to avoid downtime, failures and eliminate quality defectsClose cooperation with the management staff and other units in the company's structure and the groupExperience / QualificationsHigher technical education, preferred direction: metallurgy, plastic processing, heat treatment, foundry, industrial automationExperience in working in a managerial position in a company with a metallurgical profileKnowledge of the industry and products Experience in project management, including experience in working on a project co-financed from external sources of financingKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and the ability to implement themVery good knowledge of spoken and written English, enabling free contact in an international environmentHighly developed skills: strategic planning, analytical, problem solving, delegating tasks, setting, and achieving goals, orientation and result orientationKnows the ability to communicate effectively, very good organization of work, punctualityand responsibility for the tasks entrusted
