Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from room bookings, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve targets, providing coaching and guidance on sales methodologies.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and keep the property competitive.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies and materials that drive room sales.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring financial goals are met while adhering to cost control measures.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales activities, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct sales presentations and participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the hotels offerings.
