Position Overview
ADNOC Distribution is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Lubricants Operations Division, overseeing production, supply chain, logistics, and toll blending operations across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all lubricant blending operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities within UAE and global markets
  • Develop and implement toll blending strategies across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, China, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia
  • Support due diligence for identifying and finalizing toll blending partners, ensuring compliance with ADNOC's HSE and quality requirements
  • Establish operational standards, policies, and KPIs for domestic and international blending operations to ensure cost efficiency and reliability
  • Manage cost of goods sold (COGS) across all blending facilities, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Oversee ADNOC Grade III base oil, specialty products, and marine lubricants operations, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities and resources
  • Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to optimize production, demand planning, and raw material sourcing strategies
  • Review and approve domestic and international toll blender invoices, cost price lists, and monthly reconciliations
  • Supervise the registration and management of multiple toll blending partners across UAE and GCC countries
  • Ensure accurate blending orders, purchase orders, and product deliveries to ADNOC Distribution warehouses
  • Develop and manage international toll blending models including franchise, royalty, and subsidiary operations
  • Ensure adherence to ADNOC's sustainability, HSE, and quality standards across all operations and supply chains
  • Oversee terminal operations for ADNOC's base oil distribution and manage supply of specialty chemicals for internal use
  • Support expansion of storage capacity and operational infrastructure to accommodate future business growth
  • Lead supply chain, warehousing, and logistics functions for domestic and international operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints or operational issues
  • Drive ADNOC's digital transformation and AI adoption within the lubricant business for enhanced process efficiency
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in lubricants blending operations, including at least 6 years in a managerial capacity
  • Proven expertise in toll blending, supply chain, and operations management within the lubricants or petrochemical sector
  • Strong background in project management and execution of large-scale operational initiatives
  • Experience in international business operations and vendor management
  • In-depth understanding of HSE regulations, ADNOC operational standards, and quality systems
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
