Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and growth objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to adjust sales strategies
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior management to align efforts
Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory authorities
Requirements
:
Minimum 8-10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of Dubai's property market and client base
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
RERA certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
