Real Estate Sales Director
to lead our growing team in Dubai. With strong roots in the Dubai market, Novel Homes Properties provides clients with a reliable, supportive, and seamless real estate experience--from investment guidance to full relocation support.
We are looking for a driven, strategic leader who can bring a team of
5-7 agents
and play an active role in recruiting, training, and developing additional talent.
Job Summary
The Sales Director will be responsible for shaping the company's sales strategy, driving revenue, managing broker relationships, and elevating overall team performance. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Bring an existing team of
5-7 real estate agents
to the company
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize project performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partner agencies
Recruit, interview, and onboard new agents
Provide regular coaching on sales techniques, negotiation, and client management
Lead weekly training sessions and performance meetings
Support agents through early transactions and long-term goal planning
Set clear sales targets and ensure accountability to performance metrics
Work with marketing and leadership to improve brand presence and lead generation
Monitor market trends and maintain competitive positioning
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Experience as a Sales Director, Team Leader, Broker Associate, or Top Producer
Ability to bring a team of
5-7 active real estate agents
Strong recruiting, leadership, and coaching skills
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
High-energy, results-driven approach
Active RERA Card (or ability to obtain quickly)

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
