A leading property consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Facility Management Director to join their team in Dubai.

Job Summary: As the Facility Management (FM) Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of their facility management services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in consulting within the facility management sector and possess a NEBOSH certification, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the overall FM strategy in alignment with the organization\'s objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the FM team, ensuring a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Consultative Expertise:
  • Leverage 15 years of experience in consulting FM to analyze client needs and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor FM services accordingly.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the day-to-day FM operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement best practices for cost management, resource optimization, and sustainable facility practices.
Health and Safety:
  • Utilize NEBOSH certification to establish and maintain robust health and safety protocols.
  • Drive a safety-first culture across the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to safety standards.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding client needs, and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling based on client requirements.
Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing FM team.
  • Provide leadership that encourages professional growth and development among team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in facility management consulting.
  • CFM or FMP certified
  • GCC experience is a plus
  • NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership in the FM sector.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools.
