Job Purpose & Responsibilities The Manager of Facilities Management manages the university\xe2\x80\x99s building modifications and renovations and its physical assets and grounds maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations of all university for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at AURAK. The position also manages transportation services and campus security. Minimum Qualification and Education Essential: Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering. Desirable:
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in business/hospitality administration, health and safety or related field.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering management, project management or business administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
Required Knowledge and Skills Proficiency with MS Office; project management principles and practices; analytical skills, problem solving abilities, strong communication; negotiation; networking; maintaining high attention to details; high degree of professionalism and discretion. Work Experience Essential: A minimum of five to seven years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Engineering in big company. Desirable: Experience in higher education institution Language proficiency required
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • Advanced proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English;
  • Intermediate proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic
