Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of 20M+ underbanked Egyptians, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone based financial services. We are consistently on the lookout for rock stars to help us solve for financial inclusion

The goal for this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients. You will work closely with the all the departments, to which you will provide insight and feedback about products and features on the platform along with external marketing strategy implementation, while the Commercial Department will be your go-to guys, with whom you will develop business development strategies, maintain existing business relationships with our current partners, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share.
What You'll Do?
  • Identify and prioritize key potential partners all across Egypt
  • Identify new categories where we can explore B2B partnerships across the ecosystem
  • Take the lead in scaling our channel GTM function by creating new programs and processes to support continued growth of the Business Development team
  • Participate in or run the partnerships Signing process from beginning to end: create company materials such as pitch decks and case studies, demonstrate product and pitch various stakeholders, generate pricing proposals, negotiate terms and lead the contract process; ideally, you also have experience selling in a fintech context, building trust and mutual respect with customers and peers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with partners about the most relevant features/functionality for partners to be able to sell better.
  • Work closely with other teams such as Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Sales to improve product loops, support processes and ensure a great partner experience.
  • Manage all post-lead interactions with Enterprise level partners through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
  • Be an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.
  • Build, foster and grow partnerships with all strategic partners
  • Enable the team to create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and source new partnerships opportunities
  • Structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories
  • Interface with other Khazna teams to drive win-win engagements for Khazna users

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in C-suite level commercial partnerships
  • Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs
  • Proven experience in executing a strategy to deliver performance against agreed KPIs
  • Demonstrated passion and agility leading within high-growth FinTech companies/startups
  • Strong network and successful track record within fintech or payments desirable
  • Experience with embedded fintech or embedded software partnerships highly desirable
  • First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams (Incl. Tech, product and finance) to deliver high quality outcomes to timelines
  • A proactive bias to action, and drive to achieve results
