Work Responsibilities:
Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing departments
Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new services, etc.
Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as influencers, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
Conduct general market research to level with trends and competitor's marketing movements
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
Prepare performance reports and directly works with the Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements:
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and creative thinking
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
An advanced degree is preferred: BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
Preferably three to five years of experience in a leadership role
