Take ownership of large-scale master developments, leading the full development lifecycle from project origination and market strategy to design coordination and infrastructure rollout. This role is ideal for a development expert who thrives in shaping end-to-end real estate projects, with a strong focus on planning, execution, and driving long-term value across mixed-use portfolios. This role will focus on city wide master development

• Shape the overall positioning and distinct value proposition of master communities, their districts, and individual plots.
• Develop and manage phased rollout strategies for large-scale communities or portfolios, aligning product release with funding plans, market absorption, and delivery timelines.
• Craft comprehensive product briefs outlining vision, scope, and key development parameters across masterplans and their components.
• Oversee the formulation of development budgets, ensuring clarity on total costs and detailed allocation across hard and soft elements.
• Steer projects through all key stages-from early concept and design direction to detailed design-alongside the design leadership team.
• Review and guide integrated master programmes covering development timelines, infrastructure planning, and product release schedules.
• Support feasibility assessments with early revenue and cost modeling to evaluate profitability and inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide direction on market segmentation and product alignment by defining primary and secondary target audiences and product fit.
• Collaborate with design leads to ensure infrastructure, engineering, statutory, and delivery factors are fully integrated into the development process.

Lead full development cycle of large-scale planned master communities in UAEPlatform for long-term career advancement within a professional environment.
A successful Director - Development should have:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, architecture, civil engineering or similar.
• 10 to 15 years' experience in development management-related roles, preferably having worked with leading developers on large scale master communities
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamentals of various design disciplines, including master planning, architecture, landscape and interior design.
• Sophisticated knowledge of basic financial principles, especially related to real estate
• UAE / GCC experience is a must have
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus
