ROLE
The Digital Director is responsible for building a profitable and successful digital media program for the clients. They will lead and manage all execution of the digital media programs, from concept to planning, delivery, execution, and post-program analysis. They will serve as the main lead for the client\xe2\x80\x99s digital media campaigns and will work cross-functionally within the organization to gain consensus and execute campaigns. They will be responsible for combining the best of traditional and new media to create innovative relationships between client and consumer.
  • Lead manage and own the clients cross digital strategy for the agency; overseeing the activation with a focus on Performance Media across programmatic, search and social.
  • Translate platform understanding across DSPs, Social Platforms, Search and new innovative platforms into actionable insights for the client ready for activation with the team.
  • Partner with the client to consult around performance platform KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and objectives, creating clarity of use for both conversion and awareness.
  • Ability to develop a test & learn agenda for different clients.
  • Lead on developing a relevant measurement framework for all clients.
  • Building and leading team in developing strategically grounded media plans and buys providing key business insights and growth potential ideas for current clients, new business and internal agency thinking.
  • Ensuring that planning senior managers, managers, and executives are fully trained on all aspects of online media planning including planning processes, use of research tools, as well as the development of writing and presentation skills.
  • Manage and check in with planning team to maximize productivity and ensure goals are being achieved.
  • Partnering with peers in creative, research, strategic services and business development to ensure client objectives are met leveraging the latest technologies and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in education of other departments within the company around the digital space and opportunities for clients
  • Build and work towards accomplishing agency\xe2\x80\x99s SLAs across partners in alignment with the regional digital team.
  • Align with trading regularly on digital investments and JBPs
  • Lead, build and grow the digital media product.
  • Providing proactive contribution to clients\' business growth by identifying new media opportunities.
  • Defining, measuring and increasing productivity of all clients.
  • Fostering a collaborative, team focused environment empowering all media staff to be the experts in their fields.
  • Contributing strategic insight in new business efforts and leading key pitches.
  • Assist leadership in day to day management of media department.
  • Serve as an internal expert on digital media, reporting on competitors and trends.
  • Build senior relations with the suppliers and maintain a professional network and key resource contacts.
  • Stay up to date on new and emerging technologies in the digital media field.
  • Identify the needed systems and tools to cover the gaps and launch them .
  • Build a dynamic culture that focuses on maximizing productivity and ensuring goals are achieved.
  • Ensure online performance tracking and brand measurement tools as well as leading edge media target profiling technology.
  • Provide an agency POV on trending topics whenever needed.
