Our Client:

Our client is a multinational real estate development company located in the United Arab Emirates and are looking for an Associate digital marketing manager.

This role is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of our clients overall digital marketing strategy and digital marketing landscape, ensuring the delivery of an excellent, stimulating and innovative digital experience to all audiences, utilizing the latest multi-channel digital communication, tactics and technologies.

Your Responsibitlies:
  • Lead the development of the businesses long-term and short-term digital marketing strategy, steer best practice in digital user experience and content through industry best practice and analytics data.
  • Setup a team with various digital offering that would serve the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives across all of it\xe2\x80\x99s verticals.
  • Use Digital expertise to develop and embed a digital engagement strategy including web front-end ownership of company website network, based on the overall strategy of the company.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to devise a comprehensive digital plan (including but not limited to web, email comms, social, and digital content in general) and its integration into existing systems.
  • Explore the utilization of market leading, multi-channel digital communication developments and technologies to keep all key audiences informed, engaged, and connected with the business
  • Devise strategies to drive online UHNWI traffic to the company website and social media pages.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team to build campaigns, identify new tools & solutions and work across multiple platforms.
  • Identify and implement new digital formats (identification of trends and insights) into the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Digital Media & Website Management & Social Media Management
  • Oversee company online presence across different digital marketing channels & drive the vision and performance across these channels.
  • Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing communications, including SEO/SEM, sponsored/paid search, marketing database, email, SMS, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and/or oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee tracking of conversion rates and suggest improvements to websites, social channels, on-ground digital touch points, and digital user journeys as required.
  • Oversee the creation and claiming of accurate location pins using \xe2\x80\x9cGoogle My Business\xe2\x80\x9d platform to ensure accuracy across all company locations including Retail / Residential / Commercial / Hospitality.
  • Oversee digital campaign plans for corporate and residential to ensure they are innovative, brand led and effective.
  • Work with the individual marketing managers to devise effective integrated digital campaigns for the business
  • Play an active role in any projects or campaigns for Residential where digital guidance is required.
  • Lead the team to act as an internal service provider for certain paid campaigns as agreed with the Marketing team.
  • Oversee the tracking codes for campaigns are managed effectively to develop effective digital roadmap that helps increase effectiveness of the digital campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign email management platforms such as Liana is used in an effective manner and integrated with the company website and Salesforce.
  • Oversee the preparation of campaign newsletters and their dispatch to internal and external audiences is done in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the preparation of dashboards to understand the status of the campaign and its effectiveness and advise on areas of improvements
  • Oversee all company social media accounts and pages and ensure the messaging is consistent and in line with the branding guidelines and strategic objectives of the company.
  • Lead the development, adoption, and stewardship of social media both within the marketing team and across company.
  • Provide direction to the team in the creation of innovative content plans to engage audiences within the social media space.
  • Install and oversee social metrics to provide insight into social and content performance as well as brand empathy.
  • Ensure all queries received on social media pages are addressed in a timely fashion in consultation with the relevant team.
  • Drive the growth and customer acquisition through, product marketing, content & demand generation on digital marketing platforms.
  • Manage the lead capture process by tracking visits to company vertical websites and social media pages through promoted ads and ensure all relevant contacts are added and integrated with Salesforce
  • Plan and prepare budgets for the Digital Marketing function in line with the overall Marketing Budget for company
  • Manage digital marketing budget and keep track of all spends to ensure approved budgets are not exceeded.
  • Achieve ROIs agreed upon with \xe2\x80\x98Senior Director \xe2\x80\x93 Marketing\xe2\x80\x99 in terms of paid media, promoted ads, and overhead of department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is required.
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience of which at least 4 years of Marketing experience in the real estate industry.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
  • Experience in successfully establishing and managing digital teams.
  • High level of knowledge with web software, e.g. experience of CMS systems, html coding, CSS and JavaScript, podcast and video etc.
  • Strong knowledge across all digital marketing aspects - Paid media, social media, owned media, technology tools, backend and tech related solutions.
  • Record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ranging from website management, SEO/SEM, PPC, email and databases, organic and paid social media and marketing automation.
  • Strong experience of Content Marketing and support technologies.
  • Experience in using sales force and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly analytical and commercial with demonstrable experience of making data driven decisions
  • Strong skills in user experience, data analysis and analytics packages.
  • Track record in delivery of digital strategy and execution with measurable results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and at all levels.
  • Ability to suggest and develop creative ideas and treatments for online content (such as video, copy, images) for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to influence beyond direct responsibilities in terms of a customer first, digital-first mindset.
