Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and other digital content.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-impact marketing assets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies, ensuring consistency and quality of output.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Creative thinker with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
