Job Title: Accounts Manager (Female Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring smooth management and compliance with UAE regulations. In this role, you will prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and supervise the daily accounting operations, helping to maintain the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate monthly and yearly financial reports. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning. Ensure compliance with UAE tax and VAT laws and regulations. Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure efficiency. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and compliance checks. Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly within the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE tax and VAT regulations. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is essential (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred:

Accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA). Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
