Engage with department heads (housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, reservations, etc.) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Document operational workflows and analyze process inefficiencies
Research emerging tools, technologies, and digital strategies relevant to our industry
Solution Design
Translate business challenges into clear digital requirements, user stories, and process maps
Define project scopes, solution architecture (in collaboration with IT/developers), and automation opportunities
Recommend the best mix of off-the-shelf tools, custom development, and process changes
Project Planning & Management
Build timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for digital initiatives
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and developers to deliver the project
Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure timely execution
Ensure proper documentation (BRDs, flow diagrams, process notes)
Implementation & Rollout
Support QA and UAT phases, ensuring the solution is practical and scalable
Lead onboarding and rollout across relevant departments
Develop SOPs, training materials, and change management plans to ensure team adoption
Monitor post-deployment results and collect feedback for iterative improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
4+ years in digital transformation, process improvement, or business systems implementation
Proven track record of independently leading projects from concept to rollout
Strong understanding of process design, automation, and system integration
Experience working with or around software like PMS systems, Guesty, Zapier/Make, task schedulers, or CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
High-level proficiency in process mapping (Lucidchart, BPMN, UML)
Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with task/project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
