Key Responsibilities
Assist in documenting and standardizing project and process workflows across departments.
Support development and maintenance of digital tools such as MS Planner, SharePoint lists, and Teams channels.
Design and optimize Power Automate flows for automated notifications, approvals, and data synchronization.
Create and update Power BI dashboards to track progress, workload, and team performance.
Gather and organize operational data from various Microsoft 365 applications for analysis and reporting.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all dashboards and reports.
Assist with administrative coordination, updates, and preparation of status reports.
Proactively identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance task management and project visibility.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Industrial, or related).
Basic understanding of digital transformation and process automation.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools including MS Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of process mapping or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
Exposure to project management or resource planning tools is preferred.
