BOBST is searching for a Digital Solutions Area Service Manager (Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Caucasia)
Position Summary
Own the Bobst Digital Solutions & Connected Services annual budget and 3 years Business plan for its specific region in close cooperation with regional services management.
Define the services sales strategy & sales approach with the regional actors and Key accounts to promote Bobst Digital vision, Solutions, connected services to meet annual regional targets.
Main Responsibilities
Proactively present Digital Solutions to customers to create opportunities
Support our sales forces (Equipment & Services, maxASP Inside Sales) in promoting Digital solutions & Connected services to customers, responding to tenders, conceptual advice on connecting machines to services, OT (operation technology) and IT (information technology) systems.
Develop Digital Solutions market intelligence.
Act as the Voice of Customers to bring internally new requirements and business opportunities.
Establish continuous market input to all IoT lab development projects.
Propose and support pilot installations and lighthouse projects, establishing feedback loops between customer and development and keeping them alive.
Cooperate with the global BOBST Connect team, Services Marketing, IOT Lab and regional sales.
Drive business cases for new developments.
Plan and lead regional market introduction for new Digital solutions.
Participate, adapt, when necessary, Sales tools to support product promotion and New Product successful commercial launch
Ensure brand value and reputation
Be a strong \xe2\x80\x9cDigital Vision\xe2\x80\x9d Ambassador at local level and in the region
Professional experience required:
Engineer profile with good Business management skills.
Min. 5 years of professional experience in at least one industry / business, preferred in packaging industry
Good understanding of Bobst markets and dynamic

Basic Knowledge in Automation, Control Systems, Networks, MES/MIS, ERP, Web technologies, API, Cloud and Cybersecurity (can be expanded on the job)
Knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of packaging production (can be expanded on the job)
Basic knowledge of setting up and executing production orders (workflow) in packaging production
