Partner with the best As Service Delivery Manager you will manage the company operations of all Drilling and Completion Fluids (DCF) Services. You will act as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of services. This includes cost/budget compliance, well-site execution, resource allocation and management as well as team leadership. The role will be responsible for:
Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have Engineering Degree or Equivalent
Have minimum 10 years Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in Drilling Fluids Operations
Have high technical / operational knowledge in drilling and completion fluids, (Water-based fluid (WBM, brines and heavy brines), oil-based fluid (OBM and SBM)
Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills
Have the knowledge to cover Gulf Countries business operations.
Have the ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders
Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
