Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations in accordance with Company policy, governmental legislation, and quality service goals, through the effective and efficient use of its financial, capital, and human resources.

+ Roles & Responsibilities

+ Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and complies with the Company's Rules to Live By

+ Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations

+ Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises

QUALITY

+ Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System

+ Maintains service quality as immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement

OPERATIONS

+ Provide technical services and application support for products and services to employees within the business unit, clients, and other business units with Weatherford

+ Foster an environment where innovation, entrepreneurship and courage are valued and encouraged

+ Ensure SOPs are in place or assist in writing additional ones

+ Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to provide reporting and analysis that will facilitate business improvement and operational efficiency

+ Collaborate with leadership to promote the continual quality improvement strategy of the company to meet strategic business objectives and profitability

+ Provide a critical support role in tracking the execution of business plans

COMMUNICATION

+ Insight into overall customer service delivery projects and review with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless delivery of services

+ Assist sales with maturing opportunities and product knowledge/availability

+ Represent the company and product line's best interest in a professional manner at client or industry meetings

+ Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external

FINANCIAL

+ Manage budget for Digital Solution Product line where looking to increase GM% YOY while meeting top line.

+ All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses

+ Costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT

+ Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience

+ Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential

Qualifications

Experience & Education

REQUIRED

+ Bachelor degree in Engineering plus 10+ years of oilfield experience or equivalent

+ Experience in analyzing and tracking accessible market size, technology, competitors and customer requirements related to the product portfolio and determining competitive attributes, prioritization and value proposition.

+ Experience with project which involve multiple disciplines of Hardware and Software to deliver a full integrated Digital Oil Field Solutions.

+ Undestand the process related to production, flow messurement, automation and drilling.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

REQUIRED

+ Demonstratea s high degree of creativity, foresight and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive engineering activities

+ Proven ability to problem-solve from the big strategic challenges to the small tactical decisions and challenge the status quo.

+ Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills

+ Ability to handle multiple project activities simultaneously, coordinate and interact with multiple company departments and outside companies

+ Strong interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills are required

+ Good managerial skills

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Familiarity with reading, analyzing, and interpreting common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents

+ Familiarity with software development, including Product Owner and Product Champion roles

+ Good computer skills
